Context
TICAD Youth Drive 2026 took place on 13–14 August 2026 at the Mensvic Grand Hotel in Accra. Like any international summit, it needed its participants to relay its identity — without distributing a graphic kit nobody opens.
Challenge
The target audience is international, mobile and in a hurry. Any extra step — creating an account, installing an app, downloading a template — drops usage to zero. The visual had to be produced in seconds, from a phone, with no design skill.
Response
A single page, with no account and no installation. The participant drops or drags in a photo, adjusts the zoom within the official frame, enters their full name and selects their country from the world list, then downloads the “I am attending” visual. The previous edition remains accessible as an archive from the same address.
Capabilities
Upload and framing
Drag-and-drop or file selection, then zoom adjustment with a reset option. The official frame always stays in place.
Identity and country
Full name and country selection from the world list — the summit's international dimension legible on every visual.
Immediate download
The visual is generated in the browser and downloaded directly, ready to post on social media.
Previous edition archive
The earlier edition remains accessible from the same address, with no separate maintenance.
In operation
Screenshots taken from the real application.

Outcomes
- A summit identity relayed by its own participants.
- Zero friction: no account, no installation, no design skill.
- A deployment held to the tight schedule of an international event.
